Endoscopic Browlift

An endoscopic browlift is used to correct the position of the brow which often descends with aging. Brow descent produces a tired, aged look and heaviness of the upper eyelids.

The endoscopic browlift elevates the brow back to its correct position, producing a more youthful, energetic appearance and corrects the heaviness seen in the upper lids associated with brow descent and aging. It can also be used to improve eyebrow position and shape in order to improve the overall aesthetic appearance of the face.

Surgery is performed through five small incisions concealed in the hairline using an endoscope, or surgical telescope. The brow is elevated and secured to a more ideal position. A general anaesthetic and an overnight stay in hospital are usually required.

An endoscopic browlift can either be utilised alone or is frequently used in combination with facelift techniques and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to achieve a full, harmonious rejuvenation of the face and neck regions.
